Reporting an Error

If you identify a factual error in a The Compound article, email isacreative.contact@gmail.com with the article URL, the specific claim, and any source you believe contradicts it. We review material safety and regulatory corrections as a priority.

What We Correct

We correct factual errors, outdated regulatory information, and miscited references. We do not alter the record to suppress valid analysis or change editorial tone. If new evidence materially changes our conclusions, we update the article, flag the update at the top, and note the nature of the change.

Correction Transparency

Material corrections are noted at the top of the article with the date and nature of the change. Minor corrections (typographical errors, broken links) are applied silently. The lastReviewed date in article metadata is updated on any substantive revision.

Regulatory Updates

UK FSA and MHRA classifications change. We recheck affected articles when a material regulatory change comes to our attention and note the change or withdraw the article while review is pending.
